- Payment of approved accounts due 15 days from end of the month following invoice date or upon reaching any credit limit you may have been notified of in writing.

All goods remain the property of Broom House Investments Ltd, (The Company) until paid in full. In the event of sale of the goods by the customer prior to payment, the customer shall hold the proceeds of the sale as trustees for The Company in such a way as to be identifiable as the property of The Company
Where it is not possible to identify the specific goods then we reserve the right
to claim for all monies outstanding.
- All goods must be examined on delivery and any claims or breakage's, or loss, must be notified in writing within 3 days.
- Claims for non-delivery by a carrier must be made within 10 days
- Minimum order must be at least 2 cases to conform to "wholesaling terms".
