Saison beers are Wallonian. They originate from the days when they were unable to brew in the summer months as they were unable to control the fermentation as a result a beer in the spring which was packed with hops and fully attenuated.
Silly is the name of the village where the beer is made. It is a quenching intentionally slightly sour beer with a soft palate. Well hopped.
One of the rarest beers in the world, it is brewed on only one day of the year - December 6th (St. Nicolas day) and fermented and matured for ten months before bottling. The vintage beer results with a whacking strength of 14% abv!

A distinctive extra strong brew matured for three months and with a nutty taste and distinct hop flavour. Made at Pipaix by Dubuisson, who can trace their brewing back to 1769, this is one of Belgium’s strongest beers.
This classic, magnificent-tasting beer has a distinct aroma through its palate to a clean, dry finish – a wonderful flavour which may come as a bit of a shock at first!
Dark-ruby, almost black-colored, Aventinus has a compact and persistent head. Very intense with a complex spicy chocolate-like aroma, on the palate you experience a complex soft touch, fresh with a hint of caramel. It finishes in a rich soft and lightly bitter impression.
Schneider Blondes (renamed from Weizenhell) has a light honey-colouring and a clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is clean and smoothly balanced, and finishes sparkling with a light and fine bitterness.
Schneider Grünes (renamed from Edel-weisse) is a shiny-brass coloured organic wheat beer, certified Naturland organic in Germany. It has an aroma of hops and citrus with a spicy note that perfectly balances the malty character with the easiness of the hops. Refreshing and full-bodied it's a favorite at James Clay.
A new wheat beer stlye described by the brewery as 'hoppy firewords'. Golden but slightly reddish in colour it's a strong wheat doppelbock. The intense floral aroma reminds you of tropical fruits and relieves the powerful bitterness. An extreme wheat beer that shows how far wheat beer taste can go.
A rich and full bodied wheat beer, with an amber-mahogany coloring and streaked with fine top-fermenting yeast, this beer has a fine, persistent head that adheres well to the glass. A uniquely satisfying experience, very full flavoured and spicy.
A deep amber colour and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Generous quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavour.

From hop growing country, made with pale malts giving a nice golden colour. Fruity and malty with a spicy hop finish. Trois Monts refer to three hills close by - more like bumps! Nevertheless a great beer in a corked champagne bottle.
Urbock 23 is a dark golden, complex beer matured for months in the cellars of the brewery's castle.
